Story

On 19th April, I’ll be taking on the Manchester Marathon, alongside two half marathons in the lead-up, to raise money for Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames.

I’m running for Crossroads because I have the privilege of working for the charity and see first-hand the incredible dedication and love unpaid carers give to their family members and loved ones every single day. Carers often put their own needs last, and the support Crossroads provides makes a real, tangible difference to their lives - offering vital respite, understanding and care when it’s needed most.

Training for this challenge won’t be easy, but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges unpaid carers face. Every mile I run is for them.

Any donation, big or small, will help Crossroads continue supporting carers in our community — thank you so much for your support 💙
