I am running the Sutton Fun Run for Acacia with Jade from Be Better with Jade. Acacia is a charity that provides, free of charge, a wide range of individual, group based and peer support services to help people recover from the symptoms associated with pre and postnatal depression and anxiety.

I have been working with Jade for this run and as someone who had a panic attack in January when trying to run a 5k we have had to work hard 😅:

Trained by Women’s Coach Jade Ward who helps to support and empower women inside and outside the gym by educating them on fitness, nutrition, mindset & women’s health to support overall health and wellbeing 💫
