HDSF is a small, local charity that has changed my life.

Never did I think cycling would be such a huge part of my life, Herts Disability Sports Foundation have healed parts of me I thought would be forever dismantled.

I really want to try to raise £1000 as this will have a huge impact!! Mirroring the huge impact they have had on me.

I will be cycling a 400m track for an hour solid prior to the wheelathon date as I am having surgery on the 4th August… no pity required just pennies please!! Hehe.
