We are running in the Manchester Marathon as a relay team to raise money for Greater Manchester Blood Bikes.

This is the only blood bikes charity operating in Greater Manchester. Transporting blood, plasma, platelets, samples, vaccines, donor breast milk (DBM) & any other urgently required medical items to hospitals and healthcare sites, providing an essential free service to our amazing NHS and operated entirely by volunteers

Last year the charity saved the NHS around £165,000.

The charity also provides essential "Blood on board" to the North West Air Ambulance which, since its inception in 2019, has saved the lives of over 330 people.

We rely entirely on donations to operate and £3 is enough to provide fuel for one job.
