Thames Path Ultra Challenge 2024 · 14 September 2024 ·

A team of brilliant individuals are taking on the Moonlight 10 and the Thames Path Challenge in September 2024, fundraising for the work of Breathe Arts Health Research.

Story

Those who know me well know that I’ve spent my entire career waxing lyrical about the importance of the arts for education, for wellbeing and for a connected and happy society.

In my current role at Breathe, this has been taken to the next level. Breathe deliver innovative creative healthcare programmes including using magic to deliver occupational therapy and improve mental health for children with brain injury, using music for parents living with postnatal depression and supporting the wellbeing of NHS Staff. All of this work is underpinned with robust scientific evidence, meaning that we KNOW it makes a difference.

Breathe is making a lasting difference to people’s lives including the lives of the people who care for us most, our fantastic NHS workers. But like all brilliant companies - they need support to make these programmes run and this is where my feet and your generosity come in….

In September I’ll be waking the 100k Thames Path Challenge over 48 hours to raise money for the important work of Breathe Arts Health Research (Breathe).

We clapped during Covid… now I’m asking you dig deep and support this brilliant organisation to deliver more incredible creative health programmes for the NHS.

Thank you for your support!
