On April 6th, I’ll be running my first marathon in memory of my dad, Ted, who passed away unexpectedly in May 2024. Rugby was one of my dad’s big passions and, with this in mind, I’ve chosen to raise money for Dalliaglio Rugby Works. They are a fantastic that charity uses the power of sport to help young people improve their futures.

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is committed to helping young people facing adversity, giving them the tools, skills, and confidence they need to build positive futures. Through rugby, mentoring, and education, they support disadvantaged teenagers who have fallen out of the mainstream education system, providing them with the structure and guidance they need to succeed in life.

Every mile I run will help fund life-changing opportunities for these young people, offering them a second chance and the support they deserve.

Your donation will make a real impact:

- £10 could provide two young people with a hot meal

- £25 could cover the cost of one sports session to help build teamwork and resilience.

- £50 could fund a full mentoring session, helping a teenager work towards their goals.

- £100 could sponsor a full week of support for a young person, helping them re-engage with education or find employment.
