We are taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Clevedon for Children’s Hospice South West in memory of Charlie.

We spent lots of time in the hospice all being looked after, and it is where Charlie spent his final days. All the family were able to visit and his cousins have some lovely memories of being there.

Please help us reach our fundraising target of £60 each to provide vital funds for local families.

🌙 £86 could fund 1 hour of care for a family at one of our 3 hospices

🌙 £125 could pay for a day of specialised sibling support for a bereaved brother or sister
