I'm taking on the Northern Lights Trek in 2026 in aid of Beat!

This is a charity very close to my family’s heart. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental disorder and make the lives of those suffering and everyone around them a misery.

Beat is the UK's leading eating disorders charity and helps support anyone affected.

This is a 5-day trek covering over 30 kilometres of demanding terrain. I am doing this trek with my sister and am really looking forward to having the time with her, removed from the fast pace of every day life, to support this incredible charity.
