I'm helping Anawim to celebrate their 40th Anniversary by taking part in their 40 days, 40 miles, 40 years challenge. I’m going to try and run a mile a day.

One mile will be tracked every day from the 21st of June to the 31st of July 2026, and hopefully that will mean I can raise some money for a great cause!

Anawim has affected the lives of tens of thousands of women over the last four decades, and it is probably impossible to sum up the overall impact. Now it offers trauma and gender responsive care to more than 2,000 women a year at the centre in Balsall Heath and also in secure settings across the Midlands.
