Story
In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on behalf of Natasha Allergy Research Foundation.
Allergies are unpredictable, isolating, and misunderstood. Most importantly, allergies are a growing public health concern, which can be life-threatening and even fatal.
Living with multiple food allergies means that everyday life requires extra thought, planning, and awareness — from choosing where to eat and travel to ensuring my EpiPens fit in my bag. While it can be emotionally testing at times, I’ve learned that with the support of family and friends, it’s absolutely possible to live a full and happy life with severe allergies.
From a young age, I’ve experienced countless moments of allergy-related discrimination. These experiences have only strengthened my determination to raise awareness, improve understanding, and drive change.
The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation plays a vital role in funding research, promoting education, and supporting individuals with allergies, as well as their families, education professionals, and healthcare professionals.
Undertaking this half marathon will be a personal challenge for me, but I am proud to run in support of a cause so close to my heart and in honour of those who have lost their lives to allergies.
