This April, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise funds for Smart Works Charity.

Smart Works as Deloitte London’s charity partner from FY26 to FY28 and is a UK charity dedicated to empowering unemployed women by providing free interview coaching, professional clothing, and confidence-building support. Their service includes one-on-one interview preparation, a complete interview outfit, and ongoing encouragement free of charge. Upon securing employment, clients return for a "Second Dressing" to receive a capsule working wardrobe. Smart Works has supported 10,000 women this year. Our London team is committed to helping even more women access the opportunities they deserve through this inspiring partnership.

Our office charity partnership forms part of Deloitte's Social Impact programme where we are focused on building better futures for all concentrating on three key areas where we believe we can make a lasting difference: a digital world for everyone / more sustainable ways of doing business / a skilled workforce for the future.
