Cybercrime and online harm are rising threats, leaving too many victims isolated and struggling to recover. From scams to cyberstalking, the damage to people’s mental health, finances, and confidence can be overwhelming.

That’s where The Cyber Helpline comes in—providing free, expert support from the cyber security community to help victims get back on their feet. With your help, the Beyond Blue team aim to raise £13,000 to expand their reach and increase the number of volunteers supporting those in need.

In the month of September I am aiming to climb Everest - 8849m. This equates to 3,871 flights of stairs, so I will be aiming to climb 129 flights per day.💙
