My name is Alie and I'm the fundraising lead for Aberdeen Samaritans, who have quietly been providing free, confidential emotional support from their base in Aberdeen for over 60 years.

Talking with Samaritans can be life-changing, and the team of local volunteers work round the clock to try to ensure that no plea for help goes unanswered. A well as a telephone and email service, Aberdeen Samaritans have an Outreach Team and a Prison Team to make a real difference in the community.

Although we are all volunteers, running the Aberdeen Samaritans branch costs money and bills have to be paid, that's why your support is vital. Without your help we would find it very difficult to keep our vital services going.
