Story
In 2027, I’ll be taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon — not just for myself, but for a cause that means everything to my family.
I’m running in support of Caudwell Children, a charity that has played a truly life-changing role in my 4-year-old son’s journey. My son is non-verbal, and like many families in similar situations, we’ve faced challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. Caudwell Children have been there for us through those early years, providing vital resources, support, and guidance when we needed it most.
Their work doesn’t just impact children — it supports entire families, giving hope, opportunities, and a sense that you’re not facing things alone.
Now, I want to give something back.
I’ve set myself a goal to raise a minimum of £2,500 to help ensure that other children and families can access the same support that we’ve been fortunate to receive.
Training for a marathon is no small task, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced every day by the children and families this charity helps. Every mile I run will be for them — and for my son.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean the world to us. And if you can’t donate, sharing this page would be just as appreciated.
Thank you for your support — it truly makes a difference.
