In memory of our Uncle Willy who sadly passed away in October 2023 after a long illness, I have signed up to run Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2024, to raise money for Paul Sartori who provided the most amazing care.

Paul Sartori Hospice at Home is a registered charity offering free specialised, supportive care and advice for those in the later stages of any life-limiting illness.

They provide a range of services in the patient’s home, and aim to help those close to the patient during the illness and through the bereavement period.
