I’m taking part in the Rosemere Cross Bay Walk on Sunday 14th July in memory of my mum, Angela who passed away in August 2023 just six weeks after being diagnosed with mesothelioma, a very aggressive cancer

Mum was a volunteer for 14 years at the Coffee Shop within the Rosemere Cancer Centre at Royal Preston Hospital but sadly the nature of the cancer meant her rapid deterioration made her too poorly to receive any treatment

I know she’d be proud of me for taking part in this event, and raising funds and awareness of an amazing cause which was very close to her heart💞
