As my dad had already planned to run the official West Highland Way race this year, as well as my Dad, Mark and Ryan running the Devil O highlands race at the end of April, we thought why not try and raise some funds as a way of a small Thankyou for the outstanding care and support that Hayley, Sean and Nora have received from the Wishaw neonatal unit since she was brought into the world in September last year.

Below I have shared Hayley, Sean and Nora’s story.

Nora was born at 24 + 5 .

It’s safe to say Nora had her hurdles and kept everyone on their toes but she proved time and time again what a warrior she is.

We can’t thank every single member of staff enough for saving our girl and getting her home to us.

She’s the strongest, happiest little girl and we can’t wait to watch her grow and continue smashing it 🩷

We hope that Nora’s story can give other families hope when things seem hopeless!”
