Story
I'm taking on 100 miles in November challenge to help support and fundraise the vital research needed for Pancreatic Cancer UK 👟💜
Sadly we lost our lovely Mum a month ago to this cruel disease and we are completely heartbroken without her. We are going to do our best to turn our pain into power in hope that we can spread awareness and also raise money so that other people diagnosed can have a better hope for the future and get this crucial diagnosis quicker.
Unfortunately Pancreatic cancer has a very poor prognosis. Half of people diagnosed with the disease have a life expectancy of often only 3 months as it’s often caught too late. With research underfunded and left behind, people are left with only hope to hold onto.
That’s why we really need your support this November during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. Together we can help make a difference! We truly believe that small actions can add up to help make big changes!
Donate now and you could help put a test in the hands of every GP 💜
Just £29 could fund further research to improve the speed of diagnosis.
£212 could allow researchers to study 13 patient samples to learn more about the genetic changes that make people more likely to develop pancreatic cancer.
Thank you so much for your encouragement and support! 🙏
