I was inspired by my colleague to try a new challenge and complete the three peaks trek. It is something that will challenge me physically with it being in 24 hours but also mentally as I’m braving my so called fear of heights again.

I have been wanting to fundraise for the Samaritans for a while as I believe in getting more support for mental health and helping with awareness.

The trek will begin early Saturday morning climbing Ben Nevis, we will then travel to Scafell pike to complete the trek at night and arrive at Snowdon to trek at dawn. The challenge and driving would be completed within 24 hours allowing for 14 hours of trekking with sleeping on the bus inbetween.
