Flint House is a charity, entirely funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal 30,000 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation as well as mental health support.

As many of my friends are aware I was bitten quite badly by a dog in February 2023, this has left me with life changing injuries.

I attended Flint House in July for intensive physio. My physio was amazing worked so hard and through this I have seen massive improvement. Flint House is a charity that relies on fund raising although I pay monthly towards this charity and always have the contributions over my entire career would not pay for my two weeks.

Whilst there I met some friends for life one of which talked me into this challenge and I can’t wait to do this with her.
