I've taken up the challenge to plunge down one of Norwich’s most iconic buildings, The Forum, for the first ever Nelson’s Journey Abseil. As a trustee and volunteer with this brilliant charity, I know what amazing work they do for children in Norfolk who face the challenge of bereavement.

The mission of Nelson’s Journey is to increase the self-esteem, self-belief and wellbeing of bereaved children in Norfolk, by enabling families and wider society to talk openly about death and bereavement, and for children to express and understand emotions.
