On July 13, 2024, we will be tackling the epic Tough Mudder course at Manchester Heaton Park, testing our strength, endurance, and teamwork to overcome formidable obstacles. Given Jessica's loathing for mud and my absolute lack of fitness currently, it's going to be a challenge for sure, but one in aid of such a worthy cause. Together we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of stroke survivors.
