I am on a mission to raise awareness for White Ribbon Day on the 25th November, whilst also raising money to support the vital work West Mercia Women's Aid deliver to victims and their families.

I have set myself a challenge, throughout November, to take part in as many different sports and types of exercise as I can, with the support of my family, friends and colleagues - At least 30 minutes per day!
