Story

Very many thanks for taking the time to visit this fundraiser for the International Children's Trust Gaza Lifeline Water Project to help children and families survive the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East.

Our grateful thanks to all our supporters, with all our love Ali Ahmed and Noor al-Kurd (Gaza team), and Alison Sanderson (UK fundraiser).

This is a continuation of all previous fundraisers for this project, which is ongoing, over £10,000 has thus far been raised all of which has gone toward delivering safe clean water to the displaced children and their families in central Gaza.

Now we have a brand new aim to raise £12,500 to make sure that nobody in the camps and shelters around Deir al-Balah falls ill, or dies, from thirst or from drinking contaminated water. We want children to be able to drink safe water, eat safely washed food, take their medicine safely, and to play in safe clean spaces. Its the least they deserve.

The Gaza Water Project team in Deir al-Balah is small and made up of local people themselves living through this terrible onslaught on their basic needs. They know where water is needed the most and they distribute thousands of litres of water every day of delivery. With your help and support the team can go on making those lifesaving deliveries.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the International Children's Trust who will in turn send to the project in Gaza at the earliest it can so it can buy the water.

So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
