As proud Mental Health First Aiders, we are taking part in the very first Norfolk and Waveney Mind Mental Elf Festive Fun Run 2025—a joyful 5K event in support of our local mental health charity, Mind.

Mental health is at the heart of everything we do. As Mental Health First Aiders, we see firsthand how vital it is to have accessible, compassionate support available for those facing mental health challenges. By participating in this event, we're not just running—we're raising awareness, and helping fund essential services that make a real difference in Norfolk and Waveney.

Supporting Mind means supporting our colleagues, our clients, and our community. It reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where mental wellbeing is prioritised, and help is always within reach.

Every pound raised goes directly to Norfolk and Waveney Mind, helping them deliver life-changing support—from crisis helplines and counselling to community outreach and education. Your generosity helps ensure that no one has to face mental health struggles alone.
