This year, I'm celebrating my birthday by giving back to those who have given so much. Instead of gifts, I'm asking my friends and family to join me in supporting healthcare workers living with Long Covid through Supporting Healthcare Heroes UK (SHH-UK).

Why am I fundraising for SHH-UK?

Many of the healthcare workers who have cared for over the past 5 years are now living with Long Covid. They cared for us despite not having appropriate personal protective equipment. Now these healthcare workers are facing an uncertain future financially, personally and professionally; many of them have lost their jobs through no fault of their own with no financial safety net provided.

SHH-UK provides essential support to health care workers living with Long Covid in the UK, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to recover and thrive.
