Demelza delivers extraordinary care to extraordinary children who are facing serious or life-limiting conditions, throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex. We’re here for them and their families with expert clinical, emotional and practical support at every step – from first diagnosis and for as long as we’re needed.

It’s been a dream of mine to work for Demelza and contribute in a small way to their incredible work. Almost 3 years in and I’m still blown away by the services we provide and the way we hold families at the heart of everything we do 💖 Every day I see love, compassion and care and I don’t take that for granted - that doesn’t happen in your ‘normal 9-5’.

So whilst this trek will challenge me, it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced by families and if I can raise a small amount of money for this mighty charity, it’s the very least I can do.
