In February this year my beautiful & brave wife Amelia lost her 18 month fight with Bowel Cancer.

The Heart of Kent Hospice were beyond amazing with their care of Amelia and our family.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and the kindness and support of everyone at the Hospice was outstanding.

I can’t thank them enough for everything they did, not only for Amelia, but for our two children and me.

Amelia absolutely loved walking, whether through the Kent countryside, along coastal paths in the pouring rain or taking part in charity hikes, she was happiest outside with family and friends come rain or shine

So on Saturday 12th October I will be taking part in the Kent Downs 50 Ultra Challenge with Team Rambling for Amelia raising money for The Heart of Kent Hospice.
