Story
This summer, I’m taking on one of the UK’s toughest endurance challenges—cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats (LE JOG)—to raise awareness and vital funds for Wings for Life, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to spinal cord injury research.
Wings for Life’s mission is simple but powerful: to find a cure for spinal cord injuries. Backed by cutting-edge science and global collaboration, they fund promising research projects and clinical trials aimed at regenerating injured nerve cells—something once thought impossible, but now within reach.
Spinal cord injuries change lives in an instant. But with the right support, science has the potential to change them back. That’s why every mile I ride is for the millions affected by these injuries, and for the researchers working tirelessly to give them hope.
💯 This entire challenge is completely self-funded—every penny raised here will go directly to Wings for Life to support their ground-breaking research and mission.
This 1,000-mile ride will test me physically and mentally, but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by those living with spinal cord injuries. Your support—no matter how small—will help push the research forward and bring us closer to a future without paralysis.
💙 Please donate if you can, share if you care, and ride with me in spirit. Together, we can help turn hope into healing.
