BWA has been supporting anyone who has experienced domestic abuse (physical, emotional, psychological, financial and verbal) since 1974… 50 years of advocacy and saving lives!

Imagine finding yourself trapped in an abusive relationship, what would you do? It can happen to anyone… and that is why BWA is needed. Domestic abuse is a problem that affects all parts of society. It's often hidden and not easily talked about; but at BWA, we provide a safe space where victims/survivors can get advice, refuge, and help to rebuild their lives based on their own choices.

Every day at BWA, the team make a difference in the lives of many. And now we need your help to keep this inspiring charity going for another 50 years!
