In memory of Umarah, a beloved 15-year-old who returned to Allah early, we continue her legacy through the Faith Inspire youth program, STEPS. We are raising funds for a cause close to her family’s heart as Sadaqah Jariyah in her name.

Story

I am raising funds to honour the life and legacy of Umarah, a vibrant young soul who left us too soon. Umarah was passionate about helping others, and now, in her memory, we’re working to make a meaningful impact by renovating the Second Elementary School in Zavidovici, a historic institution in need of urgent repairs.

The school, founded in 1958, has suffered from years of neglect and was even used as a military barracks during the Bosnian War, causing lasting damage. Our primary goal is to replace the school’s 52-year-old doors, which are severely worn out and pose safety risks. By doing so, we will create a safer, more welcoming environment for the students and staff.

Your donation will help bring this vision to life, restoring the school and providing a better space for learning and growth. Together, we can build a legacy that honours Umarah’s beautiful spirit and continues to inspire and uplift others for years to come. Thank you for your generosity and support.
