In 2023 the ALL4MND team cycled from Ipswich to Melrose (Scotland) raising an amazing £190000.00 for The My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and 4ED chariy. In 2024 our ALL4MND Ladies took on 24 peaks in 24 hours in the Lake district and raised an additional £50000.00 for My Name'5 Doddie. Having rested the legs and feet in 2025 WE ARE BACK.

The reality is the fight to find a cure for MND is still raging and we want to jump back and throw a few more punches. Inspired by the recent courageous efforts of Kevin Sinfield (7in7) & Rob Wainwright (Doddie's Triple Crown) we have made the decision to blow the cobwebs off our carbon steeds and go again.

Having conquered the North of England on our previous challenges we are now heading South. This year we plan to cycle a route including Southampton, Bath, Gloucester, Windsor, Cambridge before arriving home to Ipswich Rugby Club. The ride will be another 400 miles of blood, sweat, tears and of course fun. On our route we will be wearing the Doddie Tartan with pride and banging the drum for MND awareness.

A key driver for us this year is a local family here in Suffolk. Ryan Horsfall was diagnosed in late 2025. A 39 year old self employed plumber with a beautiful young family. The local community have been fearless in supporting Ryan, Kimi and the kids with fundraising challenges and events to support the Horsfalls in their battle with MND. We will also be raising funds for the newly created Horsfall Trust. Ryan is a true MND warrior and has the full support of the ALL4MND team. He has even threatened to jump on a bike with us.
