We recently lost a good friend (husband, father, uncle, son, brother), Simon Lowe, through bipolar mental health issues.

Simon worked with Bipolar Scotland over many years, both for his own mental health and to help others.

We'd like to take time to remember him, and in doing so, try to raise some much needed funds to help Bipolar Scotland assist others with mental health challenges.
