We Are BACK! And this time, for Myeloma UK! Back in October 2022, Crazylealea got the worst news imaginable when her dad was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma after a long time fighting for a diagnosis.

She writes:

My dad is my biggest supporter and the person I most look up to in this world. He taught me to walk, ride a bike, how to drill and plug holes in walls and to change a tyre. To see him slowly decline before his diagnosis from the fit and healthy man to someone who couldn't walk further than the bathroom was heart-breaking. Then to find out he has an incurable form of cancer was almost too much to bear.

Thankfully the condition can be managed and improvements have already been made. He starts Stem Cell treatment in April and has only been made available in the last 18 months due to the constant research and development of the condition, through charities like Myeloma UK.

I wanted to put forward Myeloma UK over other charities for our next Charity Stream because I want to help as many people affected specifically by this condition as I can. With ongoing research maybe they can increase his outcome from 5 to 10 years. Anything I can do to support them and keep my dad here for as long as possible I'm doing it.
