❤️ Support the YMCA Annual Campaign

I’m proud to support the YMCA of Greater Louisville’s Annual Campaign because I truly believe in the difference the Y makes every day. Their programs build stronger, healthier communities, and I’ve seen firsthand how much their work can impact people’s lives.

The Y helps so many—from children learning teamwork through sports, to families finding support, to individuals rebuilding their strength and confidence. I’m especially passionate about the Y SafePlace and Parkinson’s programs, and I’ve seen the incredible impact of the LiveStrong program for people facing cancer. A dear friend found so much hope and community there—coming to the Y truly became the highlight of her days.

The Y has also been a special part of my own life. I remember going to the Downtown YMCA every weekend with my dad, exploring every floor, learning racquetball, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the famous red hot tub with the best bubbles! We’d always stop for lunch at the café on our way out. My dad is still a member, and he continues to cherish the friendships he built there—it really is a community like no other.

This campaign is about giving others the same chance to experience all that the Y has to offer. If your little ones have ever played a sport through the YMCA, or if you’ve ever felt the Y’s welcoming spirit, this is the perfect time to give back so others can, too.
