Hello,

We are team WELDER BEARS a soapbox team from UKCM based on Winsford Industrial Estate.

We are taking part in the Northwich Krazy Races soapbox event on SUNDAY 16th JULY 2023.

We are raising money for the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool. This centre and all the staff there are absolutely amazing, the work, help and support they provide is life changing!

My name is Tony and I am one of the team members and I know first hand the fantastic work that is done at Clatterbridge. I was diagnosed on 11th November 2021 with throat cancer and my chemotherapy and radiotherapy was all done at this centre. My Consultants and Doctors, and Nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and Ok.

Today, one year and 5 months later I am one of the lucky ones and we want to raise as much money as we can for this amazing charity.
