Match for Mental Health 2026
On Friday 30th October, I’ll be returning to Cardiff Arms Park for the second Match for Mental Health, bringing together the rugby community to raise vital funds and awareness for LooseHeadz and Tough Enough to Care.
Mental health affects every club, every changing room and every community. Through the power of rugby, we’re aiming to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma and remind people that nobody has to face their struggles alone.
Following the success of our first event in 2025, we’re proud to be building on that momentum with another incredible day of rugby, featuring former professional and international players, supporters and volunteers all united behind one common goal: making a difference.
Your donation will directly support two outstanding charities.
LooseHeadz is on a mission to place a Mental Health Lead in every rugby club around the world. The charity has already partnered with Welsh Rugby, England Rugby, Premiership Rugby and the British & Irish Lions, and now supports more than 1,300 rugby clubs across 36 countries.
Tough Enough to Care works to improve mental health awareness, particularly within traditionally macho environments, through education, peer support, workshops and community initiatives.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help us continue this important work. Thank you for supporting Match for Mental Health and helping us use rugby to create lasting change.
