Story
I turn 50 in April this year, and following a wee health scare in 2025 (vestibular neuritis) which caused me to lose my vision and balance for a few days, and since then I still have some episodes of vertigo and not being too comfortable with heights and fast motion, I'm looking to overcome this by climbing Ben Nevis whilst raising funds for Celtic FC Foundation.
This will take place on Saturday June 6, 2026, where I will join others to scale Britain’s highest mountain and perform a memorable Huddle at 4,408ft, often in challenging, snowy conditions.
We will tackle the ascent via the Mountain Track, starting from the Glen Nevis Visitor Centre.
By getting involved, we will be raising vital funds to support Celtic FC Foundation’s ongoing work to assist vulnerable children, young people and adults as we strive to challenge poverty and promote inclusion.
Any donations from family, friends, colleagues and business contacts would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks for your support!
