I am hiking the Yorkshire Three Peaks with my friend Hannah in August and want to raise money for the PSP Association in memory of my Uncle Mick, who passed away after suffering from PSP for 13 years.

I would also like to raise money for the Dementia UK charity in memory of my Nonna (Nan) who suffered from dementia for several years before passing away.

PSPA is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). We provide information and support for people affected by PSP & CBD whilst funding research into the causes, treatment, and eventually a cure. Together we can stop PSP & CBD in their tracks.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses – who we continually support and develop – provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease
