Why are we raising money for Almost Home this winter?

At Almost Home Animal Rescue Centre, over 220 volunteers work tirelessly to look after their many animals - dogs, cats, roosters, hens, snakes, rabbits - the list goes on!

The cold, damp winter months can feel extra tough and the centre is always in need of supplies to help keep the animals feel warm, safe, healthy and well fed.

As the nights draw in, we want to encourage you to join us in supporting Almost Home. Your donation, no matter how big or small, makes a difference. As a way of saying thank you, we are offering everyone who donates through our fundraising page a Winter Bird Pack.

Your Winter Bird Pack includes:

-A packet of bird seed for you to scatter outside. The envelope has been personally deigned by Elijah. Looking after the animals at Almost Home and our wild birds at the same time - win win!

-'The Little Bird Guide' - a mini-zine with hand-painted pictures and information about some of our favourite UK winter garden birds.

-A festive wooden bird ornament laser cut by Simon.
