Supporting Coventry and Warwickshire Mind

The Strictly Experience 2025 is a fundraising event in aid of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. Every step, twirl, and leap that I will be taking will contribute to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. By participating in this event, I will be helping to raise essential funds for mental health services in Coventry and Warwickshire.

I know that I am fortunate enough to have support from my family and friends, from my colleagues at Harp Place and the Radford Partnership, my brothers and sisters in the Sangh, Samiti and Sewa Day teams and also at West Midlands Ambulance Service and the WMAS ONE Network.

It is clear to me how important these support networks are, from both my roles as paramedic and as a community coordinator, and through this work I have seen that there are many people who unfortunately do not have these means of support.

With this in mind it is I would like highlight the role that CW Mind play in the community and I would like you to support their work by helping me to fund-raise on their behalf in this challenge. It will be a celebration of talent, dedication and the joy of dance - well, I sincerely hope so - and also lots and lots of sequins! So please pledge your support, buy a ticket for the show and as they say at the end of every Strictly show (so my wife tells me) - Keep Dancing!!
