First of all a big shout out to my wife Christine and the wonderful team at ERDAP.💙

I'm participating in the Glasgow kilt-walk on the 26th of April, 22.5 miles from Glasgow green to balloch.

I'm walking in support of woman's aid at East Renfrewshire and this is an amazing charity organisation that provides support to domestic abuse survivors, women and children alike, also this service can provide accommodation for woman and children who are fleeing domestic abuse.

This woman's aid in particular strives to support woman and children to better outcomes through refuge, safety planning, one to one support, group work and risk assessments to insure more woman and children are able to live there life safely free of domestic abuse.

I've set my target to £500 and any donation you can make will go a long way to helping this organisation continue the amazing work they do.
