ALT Fitness is raising money for Refuweegee
Story
This December we're challenging our ALT Fitness community to complete 1000 pull ups (as a team!) as we raise funds for Refuweegee- nominated by our members for this year's festive fundraiser.
Why Pull ups?
Working on your core and upper body conditioning is a great way to improve your Pole, Aerial and all round fitness skill so why not challenge yourself to see how many you can complete during the month while also supporting an incredible cause.
How to take part:
1. Come along to our classes or Open training sessions
2. Film your pull up contribution (it can be 1, 5, 10 or 100! Feel free to choose your own adventure!)
3. Head on over to our Just Giving page and make your donation
4. Send us an instagram message @altfitnessglasgow with your pull up video & help our community reach 1000 completed pull ups this December!
All proceeds will be donated directly to Refuweegee.

Refuweegee is a community-led charity that gives people a way to welcome and embrace those newest to arrive. They strive to ensure that people who have been forced to flee their homes arrive in Scotland to a warm welcome and some of the things that will help them to feel more at home here.
