Althaus Digital are teaming up with Upbeat Communities in this year's Derby 10K to raise funds for their ongoing mission to empower refugees and asylum seekers.

Upbeat Communities aims to support those who have fled from conflict for their safety, and part of that is recognising that those seeking stability need a strong social network they can count on, which plays a crucial role in making them feel welcome in our community.

The many ways Upbeat lends their support include English classes, support groups, emergency accommodation and much more to help integrate refugees and asylum seekers into their new homes. They also provide practical support ranging from food parcels to clothing, so every penny donated is greatly appreciated and allows Upbeat to sustain their projects.
