As part of the 50th Anniversary of The King's Trust, we will be raising funds to support young people across Wales by taking on the huge challenge of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro and summiting on St. David's Day (1st March) in 2026. I will also be warming up for 50th birthday celebrations later in 2026, so what better way to make sure I am fit and fabulous for my fiftieth!

I have been involved with the Kings Trust in Wales (formerly the Princes Trust) for many years and I feel privileged to be part of an amazing team of people who want to see funding come to support young people in Wales.

The King’s Trust believes that every young person deserves the chance to succeed, no matter what their background and despite any challenges they may be facing. Widening inequalities continue to harm the prospects of young people across Wales, and it was those who already face disadvantage and adversity who were most at risk of being left behind. Please donate to support young lives and help give our young people the best start in life and fulfil their potential.

The money raised by taking on this challenge and fundraising for The King's Trust will make a positive difference for young people across Wales.
