We both want to feel the thrill of jumping out of a plane. We never thought this would have been possible 4 years ago when Alyssa was gripped by her eating disorder. First Steps ED, in particular the wonderful Zoe Burnett changed all that and made her see that life was for living, food was necessary to survive, thrive and skydive!!!

This amazing charity supports children, their families, young people and adults affected by eating difficulties and disorders. We work across the UK offering care and support by providing coping strategies and recovery services to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.

Many of our team have lived experience of eating disorders so they understand the journey of recovery. We have a wide range of services from 1-2-1 support, befriending, peer groups and workshops depending on what each person needs. We bring hope, choice and opportunities.
