Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page! In my youth, I embarked on hitchhiking adventures across the UK, Europe, and New Zealand, and I was always amazed by the kindness of strangers. These experiences showed me that most people are genuinely kind-hearted and willing to help, despite what we often hear. Now, in my 60s, I am excited to take on a new personal challenge: a sponsored hitch hike to Lisbon via Paris, starting on 2 July 2026. This journey should take about 5-6 days and is a testament to the enduring spirit of human kindness.

I am raising funds for Community Solutions North West because they provide vital support to individuals facing mental health challenges and social isolation.
