Okay, from 1st January 2024 I shall be running 1 mile (or more ) a day for a year either outside or on the treadmill. The reason for this is because we lost a young dear friend to a horrible disease called HLH . Please help me raise as much money as possible through out the year so more research can be done for this disease. Thank you in advance and of course please share
