Last year in November, life threw me a curveball — I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A double mastectomy later, I’m here, I’m healing, and I’m more determined than ever to spread the word: check yourself, always.

If you’re over 50, book those mammograms and whatever your age, if something doesn’t feel right, don’t wait — get it checked. It could save your life.

To raise awareness (and some money for Breast Cancer Now) I’m hosting an Afternoon Tea Party on Sunday 31st August from 2pm.
