Anyone who knows me, will agree when I say I am not a runner.

I am attempting to run Bournemouth Bay 10km on 24th March in aid of Lewis Manning Hospice Care. This will be my very first 10km.

This charity is close to my heart as it helps people with life limiting illnesses and their families across East Dorset.

They have supported not only my Dad with his illness but also my Mum, I cannot recommend their kindness and care highly enough.
